Recent Outage

Hello Folks,
We would just like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere apologies for the outage on our site over the past 24 hours. Obviously, it was not something we had planned or expected and we appreciate that it has caused a lot of inconvenience to all our customers, either through the site or over the phone and indeed to those who chose to collect and called in to see us, only to be turned away.
We thank you for your patience and appreciate very much the goodwill from the many who called us and while discommoded, understood that we were working very hard to restore our services.
Thankfully, as you are reading this, we are back on line and working through the backlog. Once more, we ask for your patience and understanding as we process all existing orders and emails as well as the new ones arriving in.
It is our desire to make this issue up to you, so please watch out for a very special newsletter later in the week, which we hope you will find of interest.
